How do I send you raw recordings?

It’s super simple. After you finish a recording, just create a new “request” in your portal. If you need, you can add special notes for it. We’ll edit and produce your recording, and send your deliverables in 4 business days.

What is an “episode request”? How many do I get?

A “request” is any time you need to get content (full-length episodes and video clips) out of a recording. You can add as many requests as you want to your queue, and we work on 1 request at a time. Once we’re finished with an active request, we will then work on the next one.

How long does it take to get my deliverables?

4 days, guaranteed. You can also purchase an add-on to double your speed and content and get them in just 2 days.

If it’s for a podcast or video series, will you format each episode the way I want?

Yes! When you join Hatch, we’ll tailor your show exactly the way you want it. This includes intro/outro music, special recurring segments you want added, ads or dynamic audio inserts you need, or how you want us to handle content edits. If there’s anything special you want us to do for a specific episode, you can let us know when you add your request.

How many shows can I use my account for?

One show per account.

What’s included in the strategy calls?

Anything that you’d like feedback or recommendations on that will help your show or content win. We’ll help you think through refining the unique angle or hook of your content. This could include anything from the structure of your show or your interview format, to your organic social strategy, or how to create content your target audience will love, or marketing/distribution of your content.

How does “pausing” my account work?

We know that sometimes your team has to focus on other priorities, or won’t record new content for a month or two. In that event, you can simply “pause” your account anytime you’d like. This stops all billing until you decide to start using your subscription again.
